Ucc14240-q1 is a high isolation voltage DC / DC power module designed to power IGBT or SiC gate drivers. High precision output voltage can provide better channel enhancement, so as to improve system efficiency without excessive stress on the grid of power devices. The module integrates transformers and DC / DC controllers with a proprietary architecture to achieve high efficiency and very low emissions.
Ucc14240-q1 provides isolated output power of > 1.5 w (typ.) with high efficiency.
